用途：用于样品制备的营养液。

用法：称取本品14.63g,加热溶解于1000mL 纯化水中,分装三角瓶,121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟备用。

Sodium chloride-peptone buffer solution is a very important medium diluent and rinsing solution in microbiological testing. Its main function is to provide a hypertonic, nutritious and pH-stable environment for microorganisms, thereby maximizing the survival of microorganisms during sample processing and ensuring the accuracy of test results.

Usage: Nutrient solution for sample preparation.

Method: Weigh 14.63g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000mL of purified water, transfer it into conical flasks, and sterilize at 121℃ under high pressure for 15 minutes for future use.
