检验原理：

蛋白胨、胨提供碳氮源、维生素和生长因子；结晶紫可抑制革兰氏阳性菌的生长；氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂；乳糖为可发酵的糖类；中性红是pH 指示剂，细菌发酵乳糖产酸时菌落呈粉红色并在菌落周围出现胆盐沉淀的浑浊圈。

用法：

称取本品50.0g，加热溶解于1000ml纯化水中，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。

常温运输与干燥保存，有效期3年

Principle of the test:

Peptone and peptone provide carbon, nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; crystal violet can inhibit the growth of Gram-positive bacteria; sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; agar is the solidifying agent of the medium; lactose is a fermentable sugar; neutral red is a pH indicator. When bacteria ferment lactose to produce acid, the colonies appear pink and a turbid circle of bile salt precipitation appears around the colonies.

Usage:

Weigh 50.0g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml of purified water, aliquot, and sterilize at 121℃ under high pressure for 15 minutes. Set aside for later use.
