PH1728 | 营养琼脂培养基（NA）Nutrient Agar

原理：蛋白陈和牛肉膏粉提供氮源、维生素、氨基酸和碳源；氯化钠能维持均衡的渗透压；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂。

用途：用于细菌总数的测定、菌种的保存、传代及纯培养；也可作为血琼脂基础。

用法：称取33.0g于1L蒸馏水中，加热煮沸至完全溶解，121C高压灭菌15min，冷却至46C左右时制成平板或斜面备用。

Principle: Peptone and beef extract powder provide nitrogen sources, vitamins, amino acids and carbon sources; sodium chloride maintains an equilibrium osmotic pressure; agar is the gelling agent of the medium.

Usage: It is used for the determination of total bacterial count, preservation, subculture and pure culture of strains; it can also be used as the base of blood agar.

(GB, SN standards)

Usage: Weigh 33.0g and dissolve it in 1L of distilled water. Heat and boil until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to approximately 46°C and then prepare as plates or slants for future use.
