结晶紫染色液作为科研实验用染色液类产品,是一种即用型的染液，可用于细菌的细胞核染色。是一种组织或细胞染色时常用的可以把细胞核染成深紫色的染色液。结晶紫是一种碱性染料，可以与细胞核中的核酸结合把核染成蓝色。无论活细胞还是死细胞都可以染色，但要染活细胞必须控制浓度。结晶紫染色液在中性、碱性或弱酸性溶液中，细菌细胞通常带负电荷，而碱性染料在电离时，其分子的染色部分带正电荷(酸性染料电离时，其分子的染色部分带正电荷)，因此碱性染料的染色部分很容易与细菌结合使细菌着色。染色后的细菌细胞与背景形成鲜明的对比，在显微镜下更易于识别。

Crystal violet staining solution, as a type of ready-to-use staining solution for scientific research experiments, is a commonly used staining solution that can stain the nuclei of cells deep purple during tissue or cell staining. Crystal violet is an alkaline dye that can combine with nucleic acids in the cell nucleus to stain it blue. Both living and dead cells can be stained, but the concentration must be controlled when staining living cells. In neutral, alkaline or weakly acidic solutions, bacterial cells usually carry a negative charge, while the staining part of alkaline dyes carries a positive charge when ionized (the staining part of acidic dyes carries a positive charge when ionized). Therefore, the staining part of alkaline dyes can easily combine with bacteria to color them. The stained bacterial cells form a sharp contrast with the background and are easier to identify under a microscope.
