产品说明：

组织病理学中，组织必须先经过及时有效的固定才能完成随后的包埋及切片。组织固定的作用在于保持组织、细胞的固有形态和结构，防止细菌的腐蚀和组织细胞的自溶，保存细胞内固有的物质，使细胞内蛋白质凝固，尽量减少或终止内源性及外源性酶的反应，使细胞或组织基本上保持与生活时的物质一样，还能使组织硬化，便于组织的修切。对于某些具有传染性的标本，能防止疾病的扩散；保存好大体标本。最后，固定还可增强染色的作用。

本产品FAA固定液由福尔M林、B醋酸、乙醇和温和剂等配制而成。适用于一般的植物根、茎、叶、花药、子房组织的固定及保存，在植物形态解剖研究上应用极广。此固定液最大优点是兼有保存剂作用，但不适用于染色体的观察。

温馨提示：50%浓度适用于幼嫩组织，70%适用于成熟组织。
 
操作步骤(仅供参考)：


1. 取新鲜组织入FAA固定液，置于冰箱内低温固定10～30min。

2. 常规石蜡切片因固定不佳导致染色效果不满意时，可在染色前再用AAF固定液固定5min，染色效果会有明显提高。

注意事项：

1. FAA固定液对人体有一定的损害，请在通风好的环境下小心操作， 避免吸入。

2. 固定液pH最好接近用中性，pH范围6～8。

3. 组织取材的厚度不同，固定时间也不同，对组织恰当的选材有利于固定液的渗透。常规活检组织比较适合的厚度为2～4mm，一般不超过6mm。

4. 固定液的容量应足够，一般固定液与组织块的体积比率应大于10:1。如果容积不够大，可以在
固定期间更换1～3次固定液。

5. 温度对固定的影响很明显，提高温度可以加速固定作用，但温度不宜过高。

6. 取出新鲜组织后，应及时固定，无法及时固定时，应保存于生理盐水中及时送检。

常温运输与保存有效期24个月

Operation steps 

1. Take fresh tissue into FAA fixing solution and place it in refrigerator at low temperature for 10 ~ 30min.

2. When conventional paraffin sections are not satisfied with the dyeing effect due to poor fixation, they can be fixed with AAF fixing solution for 5min before dyeing, and the dyeing effect will be significantly improved.

Note:

1. FAA fixed liquid has certain damage to the human body. Please operate it carefully in a well-ventilated environment to avoid inhalation.

2. The pH of the fixed liquid is preferably close to neutral, and the pH range is 6 ~ 8.

3. The thickness of the tissue material is different, and the fixed time is different, and the appropriate material selection for the tissue is conducive to the penetration of the fixed liquid. The thickness of conventional biopsy tissue is more suitable for 2 ~ 4mm, generally not more than 6mm.

4. The fixed liquid capacity should be sufficient, and the volume ratio between the fixed liquid and the tissue block should be greater than 10:1. If the volume is not large enough, you can
Change the fixing fluid 1 to 3 times during the fixing period.

5. The influence of temperature on fixing is obvious, increasing the temperature can accelerate the fixing effect, but the temperature should not be too high.

6. After taking out fresh tissue, it should be fixed in time. If it cannot be fixed in time, it should be stored in normal saline and sent for examination in time.
