用途:用于霉菌,酵母菌计数。

检验原理:马铃薯浸粉有助于各种霉菌的生长;葡萄糖提供能源;琼脂是培养基的凝固剂。

用法:称取本品 46.0克,加入1000ml蒸馏水中,115℃高压灭菌20分钟备用.

注:培养基中使用的马铃薯浸粉中含有较多淀粉类成分,灭菌后的培养基稍浑浊,可能出现少量白色沉淀,摇匀倒平板即可。灭菌前加热煮沸溶解培养基再进行灭菌不易出现沉淀。


注意事项

若所检样品细菌含量较低,则培养基无需添加氯霉素;若所检样品细菌含量较高,则倾注平板前每升培养基中需添加过滤除菌的氯霉素100mg。

Inspection principle: potato powder is helpful to the growth of various molds; Glucose provides energy; AGAR is a coagulant for medium.

Usage: Weigh 46.0g of this product, add it into 1000ml distilled water, autoclave at 115℃ for 20 minutes and set aside.

Note: The potato powder used in the medium contains more starch components, the sterilized medium is slightly cloudy, there may be a small amount of white precipitation, shake the plate. It is not easy to precipitate by heating and boiling dissolved medium before sterilization.

Matters needing attention

If the bacterial content of the sample is low, chloramphenicol does not need to be added to the medium. If the bacteria content of the sample is high, 100mg of chloramphenicol, which is filtered and removed, should be added to the medium per liter before pouring the plate.
