动物实验时，往往需要对动物手术部位进行剪毛或使用脱毛剂脱毛。在使用时应当注意在动物身上的停留时间和避免由于反复擦拭发生充血反应导致皮肤灼伤。改良版的脱毛剂与普通版比有较好的亲和性和流动性，刺激性少，能更快渗入皮毛根部，脱毛的范围大小易于掌握。建议脱毛后需用纱布擦干并涂抹油脂（如凡士林）保护皮肤。
常温运输与阴凉处保存，有效期12个月
Depilation method refers to the use of chemical depilatory to remove the fur of animals. This method requires that the fur of the area to be depilated on the experimental animal be first cut off with curved scissors, then the area be moistened with warm water, and then a small stick wrapped with gauze and a cotton ball be dipped in the depilatory and a thin layer be applied to the area to be depilated. After 2 to 3 minutes, the fallen fur in that area be washed off with warm water and left to dry naturally for future use. Do not wipe with gauze to avoid damaging the skin.
